Kristen Hollinsworth is an American dance teacher, choreographer and performer from New York City, USA. She trained at the Oregon Ballet, The Dance Center for Lines Ballet in San Francisco and at the Louisville Ballet School in Kentucky. Kristen is a modern dancer by profession and trained in the field with some of the best teachers of her choosing. She was a founding teacher and a collaborative creator of the SUMAC program – teaching improvisation and collaborative techniques to choreographers, professional and pre professional dancer; Mentored dancers and choreographers throughout the process. She co-founded Seaport Moves, a dance school in Manhattan, New York City, and taught at the Cobble Hill Ballet school for many years.
